ayu_19980408: It can’t be helped if the schedule was mixed up and there’s now a 1 hour delay, but is it necessary to lie over the plane’s PA system about a delay in takeoff? Especially for the hundreds sitting at the back who can’t see the entrance. After hearing the announcement and seeing something totally different, they will just become anxious and bewildered. Please don’t do it again.
